Most
manholes will eventually settle and cause asphalt damage around the
surface area.
There are several repair options, you can utilize an Infrared repair
for a quick fix, or have your contractor saw cut the area and install
new asphalt. We recommend saw cutting the manhole section, reinforcing
the lid structure and pouring reinforced concrete. We have found that
this repair will substantially outlast the other methods.
